ANTIPASTO: translates to "before the meal", it is the traditional first course of a formal italian dinner. 

An array of savory treats, different flavors yet so cohesive, a great way to break bread with friends and family, and a quick fix to cleaning out your fridge and pantry :)

Prosciutto, Crostini, Brie, Parmgiano Reggiano, Pepperoncini,
Roasted red peppers in olive oil, Greek olives, Smolked salmon
